Electroplating Anodizing

The two process of electroplating and anodizing sometimes use together to get a best result of coating materials and resistance to corrosion. The anodizing product will have strong, hard and resist to corrosion. Chromic acid anodizing may be applied as a pre-treatment before painting to enhance adhesion and it harder to dye than sulfuric acid anodize. The big advantage of chromic acid anodize has over other anodize is that is does not lower the fatigue strength of the aluminum or damage the base material if it is entrapped in lap joint or blind holes. On this process after all the process finished then the parts is sealed by dipped in hot water or sodium dichromate solution.
